Our Restaurant
Neb is a cozy and inviting Italian Restaurant located downtown Seattle featuring a wood-fired, simple and rustic Italian menu created by Chef Baltimore Vu.
“Neb”, is short for our favorite Italian grape, Nebbiolo. Italian wines are carefully and creatively picked by our General Manager, Claire Hansen. We offer a full cocktail bar that also highlights our love of the negroni with our funky and rotating negroni list and monthly negroni.
